Running your own newborn photography business is very rewarding in many ways.

You get to have gorgeous new baby cuddles, you get to work your own hours, you get to see how happy you make new parents and you can earn a living doing what you love.

However it can take time to get to the level that you want to be.

No matter if you are just starting out or have been doing it a while but feel your photography is not quite at the level you want it to be a 1:1 will boost your skills and knowledge, so you can start building the business of your dreams.

  Your Day

The benefits of a 1:1 in your studio are that we will be using your props your lights, so many find it a big help with the learning process, of course the entire day is tailored to you and your needs.

Before your day we will have a consultation to find out more about you, your business, your needs and goals.

Your day will start at 10 and finish at 4.

Throughout the day we will cover everything discussed in your consultation, to leave you feeling confident, focused and with a plan moving forward.

A studio visit also includes a complete studio health check, which includes layout, overall appearance, prop check, literature check and customer journey.

You will be required to find models for the day, however if you are brand new or struggling I will assist in finding suitable models for your day.

An example of some of the subjects which can be covered, posing, lighting, confidence, workflow, marketing, styling, ips, editing, parent prep and much more

Suitable for complete beginners, to those that are looking to refine their skills.

On the 6th of October I did a two day 1:1 training session in Deana’s studio. I was a complete beginner and was very worried that I wouldn’t understand any of it. I had never photographed a newborn before and had only just picked up a camera. Deana’s training session was everything I needed and more !
